He is a customer living in New York City.He bought Takuma Tanaka's work in 2017. The vivid and colorful colors were the reason he bought his artwork.

They recorded the video over dinner at a restaurant together. This recording will be broadcast on Japanese TV at the end of November.

Takuma Tanaka will participate in a group exhibition in Miami starting November 29.That exhibition will be in a 4000 square foot gallery on the first floor of a building owned by Facebook owner Mark Zagerberg's investment funds.

The opening will be on November 29..There will be an invitation-only party event on December 2.

The event will coincide with Art Basel Miami, one of the largest art fairs in the world.

I myself play tennis ,so I visited this tennis club. There are some old style wooden rackets in the front.

I start playing tennis twice a week. So please wait for my playing video. In addition to this, this tennis club is one of the most traditional club in NY.

Last month in October, the director of the Nezu Museum privately purchased a work by Takuma Tanaka

The Nezu Museum is a wonderful art museum with a lush garden just a few streets away from Omotesando Station in Tokyo.

The architecture was designed by Kengo Kuma, one of Japan's leading architects. The museum houses 7,600 works of art, including 7 national treasures and 77 important cultural properties.

The museum is famous for preserving and exhibiting the collection of Japanese and Oriental antiques collected by Kaichiro Nezu (1860-1940), a businessman who served as president of Tobu Railroad Co.

Today, Mr. Koichi Nezu, the third generation and current director of the Nezu Museum, visited us and spoke with us in the studio.

Among the many topics we discussed were Takuma Tanaka's "Human Sushi," "CAPITALISM," and "Cat Rabbit”.

We hope that we were able to convey to you how Tanaka got started in art and what he is currently thinking about.

Takuma Tanaka went to the bar at the Peninsula Hotel and was painting when one person approached him and asked, "What are you doing? Takuma Tanaka explained, "I am a Japanese painter and now I am working in New York”. Then Takuma Tanaka presented the painting to he and his wife, so they were very pleased. They treated to some drinks in exchange for the gift of the painting.

This year has been warm and cold, so I wonder if the time of year has shifted from place to place ✨

It's like a skull, but he has a face... just by having the face drawn on it, it makes realistic.
